Why are there 4 if there's 3 kingdoms? Pardon my ignorance of your history, I very much would enjoy a lesson.

I'm going to present my guess on who is who:
1st one in the red is Sun Ce, 2nd is Xiahou Dun (

helped with that one), 3rd one is Liu Bei, and the 4th one in blue is Cao Cao.
Am I right or wrong?

I wanted to say the red one to the left was Sun Jian, but this one has a goatee and darker hair, so it might be either Sun Ce or Sun Quan.
The second one in blue is somebody from the Wei kingdom, but I'll get back to you on that one, once I find out which one...
The third one (in green) is probably Liu Bei.
The fourth one looks a lot like Cao Cao.
Or maybe he just made generic officers clad in their kingdom's respective colors: red for the Wu kingdom, blue for the Wei kingdom, and green for the Shu kingdom.

What, do you make reference to Dynasty Warriors, or something.

Now that I'm looking at it again, my guess is (left to right): Sun Ce, Xiahou Dun (see the scar on his eye?), third guy could be anybody (but you're prolly right with Liu Bei), and last is Yuan Shao.

You're right, it is Xiahou Dun. I'm not so sure the last one is Yuan Shao; seeing more red and blue, the only one who sports those colors that I know of is Cao Cao, and yes, I did use Dynasty Warriors as a reference.
